Sometimes where you are in life doesn't match up to where you want to be.  If you are relocating and not sure of the neighborhood, just divorced, or a first time homeowner, Home Partners of America will purchase the house you want (conditions apply) with their Right To Purchase Agreement and you lease the home back from Home Partners of America.  You have up to 5 years to decide if you want to purchase the home from them.  If you do, the lease payments will roll into the mortgage with what you have paid and the mortgage payment is the same as when Home Partners of America purchased it (conditions apply).  Most homes will qualify for the Home Partners of America guidelines.  Some exceptions apply.  Inquire today!
