Fall maintenance for your home is mandatory. AND the weather is cooler to be outside to get this done. I like to send this list out in August so you can tackle this list - do 2 items a week.
Clean out your gutters.
Get your HVAC system serviced.
Inspect your roof.
Clean your fireplace and chimney.
Protect your pipes and plumbing.
Rake leaves, aerate soil and fertilize your lawn.
Drain garden hoses.
Insulate and seal your attic.
Seal and caulk cracks around windows, doors more.
Fix or upgrade your exterior lighting.
Clean your crawl space.
Test smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
